Service Description

Our teens & pre-teens class is designed for 12yrs+. This class is catered to all skill levels as we are able to split them into groups based on their current experience level. This class is 45minutes long and provides structure, skill building, teamwork and gives the teens motivation to be active. We focus on principles that increase focus, discipline, coordination, and fitness - all while the teens enjoy learning a martial art. What you need; > Wear Comfy Workout Clothes > Water > No Shoes or special equipment required for a trial class
