Service Description

Our kids class is designed for 5-11yrs of age. We have multiple classes for all levels of skills, but all kids start off in our 'Muay Tinys' program. This class is 45minutes long and provides structure, skill building, teamwork and fun. We focus on principles that increase focus, discipline, coordination, and fitness - all while the kids enjoy learning a martial art. What you need; > Wear Comfy Workout Clothes > Water > No Shoes or special equipment required for a trial class
