The best part of our programs, is that they are scaleable to suit your own fitness level and ability. Nobody is thrown into the deep end when they start and for all beginners, the journey begins as as a NON-CONTACT sport. You definitely DON'T need to be fit BEFORE you come to us. You can also work around injuries and mobility restrictions with the careful guidance of our qualified coaches.
