Thanks for your interest in our program. We understand your time is important, and the last thing you need is to become part of a lengthy, sleazy sales process.  So to help you out today, I have gathered our most frequently asked questions and attached some helpful information about our program. That said, we know you may feel nervous about starting a new program like this, and may want more specific information. WHO IS OUR PROGRAM FOR?

If you match 2 or more of the following criteria, then our program is designed for you.

  • You are are new to Muay Thai or haven't practiced in a while

  • You want to make some changes in order to improve your lifestyle 

  • It's important that you join a family friendly community that is welcoming and ego-free

  • You want to learn traditional Muay Thai skills but get fit at the same time

  • You are a team player and want to be part of an environment that is supportive of others

  • You are open to setting goals, learning and growing as a person

DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO START?

NO!!!

You do not need to be currently training or fit to join. We have a great mix of men & women, all ages and all fitness levels. Most of our member's come to us after being out of the gym for multiple years - or never having trained before. The structure of our programs are a 'get out what you put in' method. When you first start, we always recommend taking it slow, and as your skill and fitness increases, you can really start to push the pace.

WHEN ARE THE CLASSES?

We currently have over 40 group classes per week in addition to open gym access. Below are the classes ideal for beginners. Click on the link to view the full timetable.

Beginners Access 
Foundations Class - From 3:45pm to late
Morning Class - 5:30am & 9:00am
Strength Class - ideal if you want to mix things up

Teens Only - Perfect transition between kids and adults classes

WHAT DOES IT COST & IS THERE A CONTRACT?

Associates - Train Up To 3 Sessions Per Week: $40/wk 

Bachelors - Train Unlimited w/ Open Gym Access: $45/wk 

We are only looking for members who are serious about making progress. Therefore our program is a minimum 12 week commitment, with a month-to-month roll over after.

DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?

Yes. We have provided 2 start up packs based on your situation.

A. You need it all.

$160 - includes insurance, uniform shirt, shorts, gloves + hand wraps

B. You have your own gear.

$80 - includes insurance + uniform shirt
